UV Electrodeless Lamp
This equipment features lamp tube power of 300/600 W/inch and a curing width of 6/10 inches. It can be optionally equipped with 30%-100% linear power adjustment and H/D/V lamp tubes. The modular lamp heads allow unlimited splicing. The unit is fitted with internal and external cooling fans, delivering high UV intensity with a service life of 6,000-8,000 hours. Housed in a stainless steel enclosure, it also offers convenient worldwide after-sales and technical support.
UV LED Lamp
UV LED supports spot, line and area curing, with wavelengths of 365/395/405nm. Light intensity is adjustable, equipped with temperature control and detection. Service life reaches 20,000 hours.
UV Curing Oven
This machine is equipped with multiple types of light sources, compatible with electrode lamps, electrodeless lamps and UV-LED. It supports single / dual-rail conveyance and single / double-side curing modes, with a curing speed adjustable from 0.3-5 m/min. It features board jamming and exhaust air alarm functions. Furnace temperature, lamp life and real-time light intensity monitoring are available as options. Irradiation height is adjustable. The machine adopts touchscreen control, and is equipped with overcurrent protection, emergency stop safety protection and status alarm indicators. Drive modes can be selected between Teflon mesh belt or stainless steel chain.
